Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage & Charges

We offer shipping services within the State of Kuwait and to all GCC countries.

  • Free shipping is applicable for orders exceeding KWD 10 within Kuwait and KWD 40 for GCC countries.
  • For international destinations outside the GCC, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the applicable courier rates.

2. Customs Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer, and we shall not be liable for any such additional costs.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

  • Within Kuwait: Delivery is typically completed within 48 hours from order confirmation.
  • GCC Countries: Delivery is generally completed within 7 to 15 business days.

Delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, or courier-related issues are beyond our control.

4. Shipment Acceptance & Condition

Upon delivery, the customer’s acceptance of the shipment constitutes confirmation that the package has been received in good condition and unopened.

In the event of visible damage or tampering to the external packaging, the customer is strongly advised to:

  • Refuse acceptance of the shipment, and
  • Notify us immediately for further assistance.

Failure to do so may limit our ability to process claims.

5. Shipment Holding & Storage Fees

Courier partners may hold shipments for a maximum period of 7 days from the date of arrival.

If the shipment is not collected within this period:

  • It may be returned to our warehouse, and
  • A storage fee of KWD 10 and/or additional shipping charges may apply.

Customers are encouraged to respond promptly to courier communications to avoid such charges.

6. Failed Delivery & Returns Due to Customer

In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No response from the customer
  • Repeated rescheduling requests
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

The shipment may be returned to us. In such instances, the customer shall bear all applicable shipping, return, and re-delivery charges.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

While we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery, we shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs procedures, regulatory actions, or courier disruptions.
